Terra Land Company is owned by Mike Dropik. Mike has been in the Land Development industry for over 23 years. Prior to forming Terra Land Company, Mike spent 11 years as Project Manager, developing the King Farm, a 430-acre, mixed-use, neo-traditional development located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The King Farm consists of 3,200 residential units; 125,000 square feet of retail space; and three million square feet of office space. Prior to that he worked for Pulte Homes, Mitchell & Best and Kidde Consultants. He has a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering. Dropik formed Terra Land Company in 2006.
