Mike Dropik, owner of Terra Land Co., has been in the industry for over 23 years, with experience in engineering design, homebuilding, managing the design and construction of projects in excess of $250 million, and owning and developing land. Mike has experience working in Montgomery, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Frederick and Charles county as well as parts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
We offer our clients the ability to save time and money on their residential or commercial development projects. We cater to individual property owners, land developers and builders. We have excellent working relationships with many of the regional residential and commercial builders and contractors, as well as the government officials.
